The Professor František Pošepný Geological Pavilion is part of the Faculty of Mining and Geology of the Technical University of Ostrava and is full of mineralogical, paleontological, geological and other collections. These serve as research material for scientists, a teaching aid for students and a joy for everyone who has an interest in the mineral foundations of our planet.
