The Faculty of Health Studies will be represented by all three of its faculties - the Department of Emergency Medicine, Diagnostic Sciences and Public Health, the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences and the Department of Nursing and Midwifery.

Paramedics will familiarize visitors with the procedure for providing cardiopulmonary resuscitation for children and adults, including teaching the use of automated external defibrillators, the timely initiation and proper performance of which saves lives. Radiologists will present the secrets of different imaging techniques - description of X-ray images, where visitors can identify, for example, a fracture, as well as participants will be able to make a puzzle from X-ray images or complete a crossword puzzle on the topic of X-rays. Medical laboratory technicians will present a demonstration of various pathological findings in biological material, as well as a demonstration of the Briggs-Rauscher reaction, also known as the "oscillating clock", one of the most common demonstrations of chemical oscillatory reactions. There will be demonstrations of work in the laboratory.

Thanks to the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences, visitors will be able to try out the In Body apparatus, which gives a picture of the composition of the human body. The result is an analysis of the body structure (body fat percentage, muscle mass percentage, body water content, BMI, basal metabolic rate, minerals and more.

Within the exhibition of the Department of Nursing and Midwifery there will be a special device available for visitors - a UV lamp, which will enable the detection of possible improper hand hygiene. Hand hygiene is a very important aspect of infectious disease prevention. It will also include training in the correct hand washing technique for those interested.
