Growing herbs isn't really a science, but it can be. It is enough to think about the composition of the substrate, vernacular clay, dosage of water, additives, type of flowerpots, climate, light conditions,... and immediately from ordinary cultivation we have one problem with countless variables. However, we will not worry about that now.
