At the International Clinical Research Center (ICRC), we are looking for new diagnostic and therapeutic methods for a range of serious diseases. Whether it is research into cardiovascular, neurological or oncological diseases, we continue to unlock new secrets of how the human body works that can improve the quality of life of patients in the future and, most importantly, effectively prevent many problems. In July 2022, we became a joint workplace of the St. Anne's University Hospital Brno (FNUSA) and the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University (LF MU) in Brno, which allows us to effectively use the facilities and capacities of both institutions and move our research forward.

The Center for Translational Medicine (CTM) is the Department in International Clinical Research Center dedicated to gain insights of aging-related diseases at the cellular and molecular levels. In particular, We explore and model the molecular processes behind the onset and progression of cardiovascular and neurodegenerative disorders and early stages of diseases of aging. We also focus on different aspects of the human immune response and on how the underlying mechanisms of immunity are linked with the development of disorders and pathologies.

We are located in Biology Park on the Bohunice University Campus.
