The University of West Bohemia in Pilsen is a multidisciplinary university offering education and research in technical, natural, humanities, artistic, and medical sciences. It has a wide portfolio of study programs and experts who not only develop products but also describe their impact on the environment, human perception, and society through its four research centers. The university offers a total of 310 study programs across 9 faculties and has more than 12.000 students.

The Pilsen Night of Scientists traditionally features videomapping, specially tailored to the event’s theme by the Faculty of Design and Art Ladislav Sutnar. It also offers the opportunity to watch screenings of short educational films created by students.
