Lecture

The article describes the issue of wood protection against fire. Many commercially available flame retardants are chemical based. The goal of our research is the development of an environmentally friendly, biocompatible coating with wood primarily from natural sources. During the lecture, we will present the results to date and related vicissitudes to the visitors, as well as the expansion of the protective layer itself during a demonstration laboratory experiment.
