We live in a time when life expectancy is increasing. It pays to be aware that the part where we are old is getting longer. One of the main causes of injuries in the elderly is falling. Often, after a fall, an elderly person does not return to normal life and becomes insecure. How can we eliminate falls or prepare for them? I deal with diagnosing the degree of risk of falling. I explore the possibilities of completely avoiding falling or preparing for it so that it ends without serious consequences and the quality of life of the elderly person is not impaired.
